How do I join a group in OurCal?
Anyone can invite you to their OurCal group from the group’s Invite Members screen by sharing a “You’re invited to join a group” link via their preferred method. To join:
- Open the invite link
- Tap Join Group on the ourcal.link page
- (Optional) If you don’t have the app yet, you’ll be redirected to download it — once installed, repeat steps 1–2
- In the app, tap Join Group — you’ll create your account as part of joining
Troubleshooting Join Issues
If you see a “Failed to Join” error when trying to join a group:
- Switch networks (e.g. try your mobile data instead of Wi-Fi)
- Disable VPNs, if any are active
- Delete and reinstall the OurCal app
