How do I restore an OurCal+ subscription to a new or different account?

OurCal+ subscriptions are tied to groups, and each group has a billing manager who controls the subscription. If you’re the billing manager and have switched to a new or different OurCal account (e.g., you created a new account with a different email or rejoined the app under a different login), you can restore your existing subscription from the app store and reassign it to your group.

How to Restore

  1. Open OurCal’s Settings tab.
  2. Tap Plus.
  3. Tap Restore Subscription.

If your Apple App Store or Google Play account has an active OurCal+ subscription, it will be restored and you’ll see a confirmation in the app.

Assign the Subscription After Restoring

  1. In the Settings tab, tap Plus again.
  2. Tap Assign next to the unassigned subscription.
  3. Select the group you want to assign the subscription to.

Troubleshooting

  • Make sure you’re signed into the same Apple or Google Play account that originally purchased the subscription — even if you’re now using a different OurCal account.
