How is my availability marked as ‘Busy’?

Your busy times are determined based on the events you’re scheduled for in OurCal. Whenever you have a calendar event during a specific time slot, that period is automatically marked as “Busy” and shared accordingly with the groups you’ve selected.

Only the “Busy” status and time range are shared—no other details are shared.
