How do I sync OurCal events to an external calendar?
You can push your OurCal events out to any calendar your device already has, like your work Google calendar, iCloud, or Exchange. Once set up, changes in OurCal flow to that calendar automatically.
To set it up, go to Settings → Synced Calendars and add a new sync:
- Choose an OurCal calendar as the source.
- Choose a calendar on your device as the destination.
You can also fine-tune what gets synced:
- Include member names in the synced event notes.
- Filter by member so only events for specific members are synced.
- Upcoming events only to keep the destination focused on what's ahead.
Outbound sync is available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac, with Android coming soon.
