What does “Group needs a larger plan” mean?
If you see “Group needs a larger plan”, it means your group has more members than your current plan size allows.
How to fix it
- Go to the Settings tab
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find the group showing Upgrade
- Tap Upgrade and choose the next plan size that fits your member count (up to 6 / 20 / 100)
Already subscribed and everything is correct?
Groups that have an active subscription of the correct size will show Manage on the Subscriptions screen.
