What does “Group needs a plan” mean?

If you see “Group needs a plan” (or you get a paywall when you tap group events or chat), it means that group isn’t currently covered by an active subscription.

How to fix it

1. Go to the Settings tab
2. Tap Subscriptions
3. Find the group showing Upgrade
4. Tap Upgrade and complete checkout (choose the plan size that fits your group: up to 6 / 20 / 100)
   

If you already have a subscription but it’s not applied to this group

On the same Subscriptions screen, you may see a subscription listed as Unassigned.

1. Tap Assign next to the Unassigned subscription
2. Select the group that needs a plan
   

If you’re no longer using the group

You can leave it to stop seeing the “Group needs a plan” message:

Settings → Groups → [group] → Leave Group
