If you’re getting a “No Account Found” message when trying to log into OurCal, here’s what you can do:
If You Added a Login Method (Email, Google, or Apple):
- Make sure you’re using the same login method you initially used to sign up. For example, if you signed up using Google, you need to log in using the “Continue with Google” option. The “Continue with Email” option won’t work if you originally signed up with Apple or Google.
If You Never Added a Login Method:
- If you didn’t add a specific login method to your OurCal account and you no longer have access to the device you signed up with, you won’t be able to log in on new devices or installs.
In this case, use the “You’re invited to join a group” link (ourcal.link) that was shared with you or that you shared with others to rejoin your OurCal group. This link will help you regain access to your account.
