If you take OurCal for what it is right now at face value, it’s a great service at a reasonable price. The calendar works great, I like the layout and collaboration is really easy and intuitive. It’s the only calendar I’ve used that feels like it’s meant to be used as a shared calendar, and I really like that.That said, I’m concerned about the direction the company is going. For a company that’s only 5 years old, they’ve already pulled a bait and switch twice; first by moving previously free features behind a paywall and now by removing the free tier altogether. I appreciate that there are no ads and that you have to make money somehow, and as of right now I still feel like the price is reasonable. But I don’t have much faith that it’ll stay that way for long.

Using this calendar makes it so easy to organize all the events and all of the activities that come with being in a family! Everyone can add and delete events while planning what the coming days have in store.
